Deliveries usually ship UPS, in 1-3 business days. Shipping will be via UPS, with choices for expedited or regular ground service. For alternate or special shipping requests, please call us toll free Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (PST).
Our shipping charges are calculated by UPS, which are based on package weight, size & distance shipped. To preview shipping charges, our online shopping cart will calculate the shipping cots based on the method you chose. Orders will ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30pm (MST). Please note, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
International orders will be shipped via UPS, unless an alternate method is requested. Orders will be processed on day of shipment with conformation of the shipping charges.
International customers will be responsible for duties & taxes based on your individual country. Canadian customers, ground brokerage is not included.
At MacPherson Leather, our service goal is to fulfill your order promptly and keep you posted as to the status of your order. On any out-of-stock issues, you will be contacted with the anticipated ship date.
Do not return any merchandise without authorization. You must have the appropriate authorization number with the returned merchandise, or your refund will be denied. Claims for shortages in shippment or for errors in billing should be made to our office within 10 days. No in store refunds without a receipt. Due to the large number of items we offer, we may be out of some items that you order. Your need for these items is most important to us, and we will make every effort to see that it reaches you with the least possible delay. Full refunds are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be declined for leather that has been cut into, shoe stretchers of any kind (you may exchange), and books.
